Patricia Burkhardt, Managing Director
Pat has 10 years of mortgage background and has previously worked for a subprime mortgage originator in the areas of bulk sales of mortgage loans to Wall Street investors, post closing, warehousing, servicing and transfer of servicing of mortgage loans. She has 20 years of paralegal experience in a variety of disciplines including Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Domestic Relations and General Litigation. She has completed Foreclosure Counseling training with Neighborworks and has participated in ongoing foreclosure training through Detroit Hope Symposiums and classes offered through mortgage servicers. She also obtained specialized training working with those in crisis. Pat obtained her undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University in Languages and International Trade with Spanish and Marketing minors and has a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the American Paralegal Institute.

Licia Beemer, Senior Credit Officer
Licia has over 15 years of mortgage banking and real estate background. She has a variety of experience in real estate finance including retail mortgage lending, underwriting including VA, FHA, Conforming and Subprime, and an Associate Realtor. Her career has included serving as a Vice President of Secondary Marketing and a Credit Officer. Her primary focus has been on in depth analysis of various credit and collateral components of mortgages. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hillsdale College. Her greatest joy is being the mother of three adorable children.

MaryBeth Frank, Loan Modification Specialist
MaryBeth has over 15 years of mortgage and real estate experience. She previously worked for a for-profit loan modification company managing a pipeline of 150 - 200 files daily. She is a licensed Debt Counselor and a Certified Residential Housing Counselor. She attended the National School of Real Estate and has worked in various disciplines in the real estate field including licensed real estate agent, escrow agent and transaction manager for bulk wholesale pools of mortgage loans to Wall Street. MaryBeth is a mom of two beautiful children.

Debi Gibbs, Program Assistant
Debi has extensive experience in a variety of fields including Residency Program Coordinator for a medical office, and administrative functions in the banking industry, credit unions, mortgage and other financial industries in positions ranging from accounts payable and receivable clerk, collections and customer service. She volunteers as an Intake Coordinator with God's Helping Hands, which is a food and clothing pantry in Rochester Hills and can interpret for the deaf with sign language. In her spare time, she is an amazing single mom of a teenage daughter.
